allwebcafe Introduces New Staff Members to Growing Agency

Posted by Brett Samuels | What's New |

allwebcafe, a full-service digital marketing agency, has recently added several new team members in response to the agency’s growing list of clients. The three new hires will focus on a variety of content marketing strategies, as well as social media and ongoing project management for a variety of industries, including retail, tech, healthcare, sports and entertainment. As one of allwebcafe’s clients said recently, “I can’t believe allwebcafe is growing so fast!”

Nicole Banar is the new Agency Delivery Manager. She comes to the agency as a self-motivated, goal-oriented leader with more than 15 years experience in customer service. “I have led teams of varying sizes and talents to reach their goals,” says Banar. “While I have had the opportunity to be an integral part of all facets of the business, my natural ability to multitask and develop client relationships will always be my passion.”

Banar will specifically focus on project management related to all aspects of the agency, including client relations, training, consultation, branding and digital media. She’s also a member of Girl Develop It, an international organization that empowers women from around the world to develop innovative new software solutions.

Kirsten Jahn Richardson has also joined allwebcafe as Senior Designer of ecommerce websites and online advertising. “I am a hybrid designer/developer,” she says, “and find these combined qualities to be unique in today’s market.”

Richardson, who's been honored with more than two dozen awards, including The Communicator Awards, American Graphic Design & Advertising, Davey Awards, GDUSA and Public Relations Society of America, is focused on ecommerce sites, landing pages, marketing emails, banner ads, print materials and video production. “I can code websites that are cross-browser compatible and emails that render accurately across many clients,” she says, bringing a multimedia approach to the agency’s exciting new projects.

She’s also passionate about both technology and history – she coaches a high school FIRST Robotics team and is on the board of an historical railroad society.

Alex Turbett is an experienced project manager and marketing professional who’s joined the agency as the newest Digital Marketing Associate. Turbett has spent many years in digital advertising, managing client relations, design and development, as well as budgets and production schedules.

“I take great pride and enjoyment helping clients achieve their marketing goals online,” says Turbett, an avid sports enthusiast (he plays both golf and hockey). “I love utilizing content marketing, SEO and social media to create and execute winning strategies for clients in a wide variety of industries – and am constantly searching for new ways to guide clients to success.”

Turbett is also a musician and self-described foodie who enjoys exploring some of the best new restaurants in Philadelphia.
