Take I-76 West toward Valley Forge. After 17 miles, take US-202 / US-422 toward W. Chester / King of Prussia / Pottstown (Exit 328B-A). Then merge onto US-202 South via Exit 328A toward West Chester. From US-202, exit at Chesterbrook Blvd, turning left at stop sign. At 2nd light, go straight onto Cassatt Rd (crossing Swedesford Rd). At next light (about 2 miles) turn left onto Conestoga Rd. Make next right onto Cassatt Ave. Road ends at 22 Cassatt Ave (Cassatt Crossing) with parking lot on right.

From Philadelphia Airport

Go West on Tinicum Island Rd toward Scott Way. Turn slight right onto Scott Way (which becomes Bartrum Ave). Merge onto I-95 South. Via Exit 7, merge onto I-476 North toward Plymouth Meeting. Take Exit 13 to US-30 at St. Davids. Turn left onto E. Lancaster Ave (US-30). After almost 3 miles (and 1 block past the intersection of Sugartown/Old Eagle School Roads) turn slight right onto E. Conestoga Rd. Then take next left onto W. Conestoga Rd. After 1.4 miles, turn left onto Cassatt Ave. Road ends at 22 Cassatt Ave (Cassatt Crossing) with parking lot on right.

From New York City

Take I-276 West / PA Turnpike (toll) for 32 miles. Merge onto I-76 East via Exit 326 toward I-476 / Philadelphia / US-202 / Valley Forge. After 1 mile merge onto US-202 South via Exit 328A toward West Chester. From US-202, exit at Chesterbrook Blvd, turning left at stop sign. After 60 miles, merge onto I-495 North via Exit 5D toward Port of Wilmington / Philadelphia. After 11 miles, merge onto I-95 North. Then merge onto I-476 North via Exit 7 toward Plymouth Meeting.
